Okay, okay, but honestly I've always been obsessed with desserts so starting Cookies by Bear was really just a matter of time and fate. Baking has always brought me joy and been a way to manage stress in my life. I'm mostly self-taught although I've definitely had some great influencers on my journey to cookie-ing and have to also give credit to all the cookiers out there on Instagram because watching their videos is how I got started.

I live in Herriman, Utah with my amazing husband and two kids who love to support me in this sugary adventure. With the support of my husband, I have overcome infertility, chronic pain, surrogacy and recently cancer, and now I'm ready to move onto this hobby that brings me joy.
